What makes my leadership coaching distinct is the integration of real-world business leadership and clinical expertise. Before becoming a therapist, I worked at multiple levels of organizations—from operations to executive leadership—in startup and high-growth environments. I’ve built systems from the ground up, led teams, managed performance, navigated scaling, and supported culture during constant change.
As an LCSW with a trauma-informed lens, I bring additional depth to leadership development. I don’t just focus on strategy and productivity—I also understand the nervous system under pressure, the perfectionism that drives burnout, and the relational patterns that shape workplace culture. This dual background helps leaders create results while also building emotionally intelligent, sustainable, people-centered organizations.
