As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am committed to helping others navigate life’s challenges and build fulfilling relationships. I am passionate about supporting individuals in processing and moving past unresolved childhood trauma, which can contribute to mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood and dissociative disorders, as well as borderline personality disorder and other stress-related conditions. Additionally, I specialize in addressing work-related stress, relational challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate and trauma-informed, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your story, gain clarity, and move toward healing and growth.
Couples counseling is a space to slow down the cycle you keep getting pulled into—and understand what’s really happening underneath it. Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t care. They struggle because old patterns, emotional triggers, and unmet needs take over in moments of stress.
My approach is evidence-informed and grounded in Schema Therapy, attachment work, and emotional regulation skills. Together, we identify the deeper beliefs and protective strategies driving conflict, defensiveness, or distance. Instead of focusing only on communication techniques, we work on increasing self-awareness, accountability, and emotional safety—so repair becomes possible.
The goal isn’t to “win” arguments. It’s to help you feel more understood, more secure, and more connected—while creating sustained change in how you show up with one another.
